COMBI POLISHING - SHEARING MACHINE MODEL NEW AB-133
The highest added value concerning brightness and final quality is very noticeable. After dyeing or printing or of the use of jacquard machines, the final "touch" in a polishing part of the machine with its thermo-mechinal action, permits to get a soft. Thick and uniform result after have been cut in the shearing part of this combined machine.

This machine has specially designed for circular knitting looms, velvet tradicional or Raschel blankets,
wool fabrics, and in general high pile fabrics.
In fabrics like towels i is very important that the ringlets are positioned like shows the follwing scheme
in order to permit to the polishing roll to put it in vertical and to be sheared iin the optimal conditions.
In this situation it is possible to get an uniform, velvet touch, bright surface. Also the shearing machine
is very useful to avoid the "pilling" problems after the dying process. |

The main technical data of this machine are:
- Polishing frame, completely independent of the shearing frame in order to avoid that the vibrations
of the polishing frame can affect the sharpeness quality of the polishing roll, built with hard polished
chrome surface with 4 grooves in diagonal (2 in each direction) A group of electrical resistances with
automatic electronic control system premit to adjust the desired temperature.
- Continuous wool felt pres the fabric against the heated roll with adjustable and programmable presssure.
- Sheraring group.
- Complete automatic lubricating system, which also permits to adjust the humidity of the wool felt with a unique pneumatic system.
- Fabric tension control system.
- Detector for the automatic seam passage. |
MULTIPLE DEFIBRING MACHINE DA-300
- 4 or 8 defibring cylinders witch metallic wire, working at variable speed and fabric speed ans tension adjustable by Inverter.
- Adjustament of the defibring height with automatic seam passage.
- Aspiration duct for the evacuation of the waste particules.
